Soco Falls is wonderful and can be combined with a trip into the Smoky Mountains National Park as you will likely pass it on your way to the park. It is just a short walk down to the overlook to view the falls. Hiking boots are recommended to get to the base of the falls for the more adventurous.

This is the ski resort that makes Maggie Valley a ski town. With well-maintained roads throughout the winter season, getting up the mountain isn't a problem. This is a great place to learn how to ski or snowboard, and bring the whole family for a memorable adventure.
