Our names are Loriel and Adam, and just a few years ago we turned our dream of owning a home in the mountains into a reality that soon blossomed into a business.

We are passionate about older homes that need TLC. We buy these properties, pour a lot of love and energy into them, and create beautiful and cozy cottages for both our family and our guests to enjoy.

Our properties have something for everyone. Each home is unique, charming, and special, and highlights something about the wonderful town of Maggie Valley and the magic of the Great Smoky Mountains.
